This 3-story 72,000 gsf building houses 44 classrooms and a Black Box Theater to replace an existing 2-story classroom building.  Design includes reimaging of the front entry plaza, Student Quad and parking reconfiguration in the third phase of the master plan.

Role: Technical Designer

• Production of drawings and details under the guidance of an experienced Project Manager

• Assisted in leading the coordination of the work with all disciplines (external consultants: Electrical & Fire Sprinklers)

• Attended client meetings and assisted in the production of content and presentation of design
