I am a Licensed Architect in the state of California with 10 years of experience in education projects, robust knowledge of applicable codes, familiarity with DSA (Division of the State Architect), technical expertise and a passion for design.
As a design coordinator at LPA, I have assisted with all phases of a project from schematic design through construction administration and project closeout. This has involved regular interaction with clients, delivery of design presentations, and development of quality construction documents, all while being mindful of project budgets.
My strengths lie in the process of implementation. My first goal on a project is to work closely with the lead designer to fully understand the design concepts, and then to work diligently to implement these concepts into consistent, coherent, and buildable documents, always remaining true to the project vision.
I am comfortable and confident managing the production of contract documents, organizing collaborative efforts across all relevant disciplines, and interfacing with clients.
