How did paul find out?

After Shae passed her final architectural licensing exams in late August, we decided to stop preventing pregnancy.  By October, Shae was feeling a little off and kept saying things like "what if I'm pregnant?"  After a couple weeks, she finally decided to take a pregnancy test. We knew it was a possibility, but I thought no way would it have happened already. She came out out of the bathroom and covering her mouth and just said, "Baby". It was the term of endearment kind to get my attention.

"No way. No way. It's too early." I didn't believe her. If you know me at all, you know I had to verify myself.  Sure enough...

Baby shower and Registry

If you are attending our baby shower, please bring diapers if you'd like to be entered in a raffle (see Ashlyn for prize info).

We are fortunate enough to have most of the big things covered and don't really need the registry (thanks to lots of help from family and friends!), but enough people have asked about it. We ask that you consider donating to a charity instead. We found National Pediatric Cancer Foundation on Charity Navigator and think it would be a good choice.

With that said, we do have a registry on Amazon if you are inclined to buy things for our little one.

Your taste in books or clothes is also welcome (Sorry to disappoint, but we are not finding out the baby's sex - so gender neutral is best.  You'll know soon after we do!)
